What the service is
A free tool for laying out business documents and doing simple arithmetic. It is not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice, and the AI assistant can be wrong. You are responsible for the content, amounts, tax treatment, names and legal compliance of every document you create and send, and for checking them before use. Tax rates and invoice requirements differ by country and change over time; confirm with a qualified professional.
Your content
You keep all rights in your documents, logos and text. You promise you have the right to use any logo or content you add. Do not use the service to create misleading, fraudulent or unlawful documents.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Because nothing is saved, we cannot recover a document that is closed or reloaded before you download it; download your own backup.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to ₹1,000, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
