MSRX Invoice (“the service”) is operated by Mrinal Singh Raja, an individual, publishing under the name MSRX. MSRX is a brand, not a registered company. Contact and grievance officer: mrinalsinghraja@gmail.com.

What we store: nothing

MSRX Invoice does not save your data. There are no accounts, no database and no cookies, and the site does not write to your browser’s local storage, session storage or IndexedDB. Your document, logo, signature and everything you type exist only in the open browser tab, in memory, and are gone when you close or reload it. Logos and signatures you add are decoded and resized inside your browser; the original file is not kept and nothing is uploaded. Downloads (PDF, PNG and so on) are created inside your browser. To keep a document, download the JSON backup and re-open it later with “Open a backup”; that file is yours and stays on your device.

What leaves your device: the Ask AI box

Only when you send a message in Ask AI, your message, the earlier messages of that chat, and the text content of the document you are editing (parties, line items, notes, terms, payment details and settings) are sent to our server and on to Groq, Inc. to generate the answer. Your logo and signature images are never sent. Do not put information in a document that you do not want processed by Groq. We do not store these requests; our server forwards them and keeps no copy, and logs only technical error codes. Groq’s handling is governed by its own policies.

Hosting and technical data

The site is hosted on Vercel, which, like any web host, processes your IP address and request metadata to deliver pages and protect against abuse. The AI endpoint keeps a short-lived, in-memory request counter per IP address to limit abuse; it is not written to a database. We use no advertising, no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics. Fonts are served from this site.

Your choices

The service holds no personal data about you, so there is nothing to erase. For any request under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 or other law, write to the address above.

Children

The service is a business tool and is not directed at children.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date above changes with it.
