Questions
Is MSRX Invoice really free?
Yes. Create, customise and download as many invoices, quotes and receipts as you like. There is no sign-up, no watermark and no download limit.
Where are my invoices stored?
Nowhere. MSRX Invoice does not save anything: no account, no database, no browser storage. Your document, logo and signature exist only in this tab and disappear when you close or reload it, and the page warns you before that happens. Logos are resized on your own device and never uploaded. To come back to a document later, download the JSON backup and open it again with Open a backup. The one exception is the optional Ask AI box, which sends the text of the document you are working on (never your logo or signature) through our server to Groq to get an answer; nothing is kept.
Which file types can I download?
PDF, PNG, JPG, WebP, SVG, a self-contained HTML page, CSV for spreadsheets, and JSON as an editable backup. You can also copy the invoice as an image or use Print to save a PDF with selectable text.
Can I add my own logo and colours?
Yes. Add a PNG, JPG, SVG or WebP logo, choose its size and position, then change the accent colours, font, table style, labels and paper size. Large images are shrunk on your device to a light, crisp copy and are never uploaded.
Does it handle GST, VAT and other taxes?
Yes. Set one tax rate or a rate per item, choose whether prices include tax, and for India show CGST + SGST or IGST. Totals, discounts and balance due are calculated for you. This is a calculator, not tax advice, so confirm rates with your accountant.
What can the AI assistant do?
Describe the job in plain words and it fills in the parties, line items, tax and terms. It can also review a document for mistakes, rewrite descriptions, draft a payment reminder email and suggest a template. It proposes changes and you press Apply, so nothing changes without you. It can make mistakes, so always check the numbers.
